Our story
Locally owned, in Dawsonville since 2019.
Elite Dawsonville Septic Installation got started in 2019 right here in Dawsonville, as a small excavation and site-work crew. We cut driveways, graded building pads, and dug trenches for builders and landowners across Dawson County. The septic jobs were the ones that kept bothering us.
Too often we watched homeowners get stuck with installers from out of the county who never looked at the soil report, skipped steps with Environmental Health, and left a torn-up yard behind. Some of those systems failed within a few years. A few lots turned out not to pass at all, and the owners found out after they had bought the land. We started doing septic work ourselves because we thought it could be done better, and that the people who live here deserved someone who would explain it plainly and stay on the job until the inspection passed.
Dawson County has grown fast. The Census counted about 33,748 residents in mid-2024, up roughly 26 percent from 2020, and outside the city and the GA 400 corridor, a lot of the county is still beyond the reach of sewer. Foothill slopes, shallow rock, and pockets of slow-draining clay make septic here a job where the soil has the final say. That is the reason we put the soil report first on every job. Everything else follows from it.
Since 2019 we have worked with homeowners, builders, and landowners in Dawsonville and across Dawson County, and on jobs toward Dahlonega and north Forsyth. From lake lots along Lake Lanier to acreage off Highway 9, the approach is the same: get the soil evaluated, plan around the Environmental Health office that will permit it, and install the system so it passes the first time.
This is a locally owned business. The people who answer the phone at (470) 943-2545 and show up on your property are your neighbors, and we are open around the clock because septic problems do not keep office hours. That matters to us, and we think it should matter to you when you choose who digs up your yard.
How we work
- Soil report first. We plan each job around the Environmental Health office that will permit it, so the design is one the county will accept.
- Free estimates. The scope of work is itemized and free. The price ranges on this site are outside estimates, not our prices.
- Inspection before cover. Nothing gets buried until the county has looked at it.
- Honest answers. If sewer is available, or your lot will not pass, we will tell you.
Not sure where to begin? The permit planner turns five questions into a checklist, or you can request a free estimate.
